Listing Payment Terms

The price displayed in the Golax app immediately before checkout is the final price for the one-time listing visibility fee, unless a clearly stated promotional offer applies at that moment.

Listing fees apply to business and service listings that require payment for ongoing public visibility. Other core Golax features may remain free as described in the app.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. When you pay, you may be redirected to Razorpay's checkout to complete payment by card, UPI, net banking, or other methods supported by Razorpay.

Golax does not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay in accordance with applicable security standards.

A payment is considered successful only after Golax receives and verifies confirmation from our servers. Do not assume your listing is activated until the app shows a successful payment status.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is abandoned before completion, no listing visibility fee will be charged and your listing will not be activated for paid visibility.

You may return to the listing payment screen in the Golax app and retry payment at any time, subject to the price and terms shown at checkout.

After successful payment and server verification, your business or service listing may be shown publicly on Golax, including in search, maps, and profile views, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

This is a one-time payment. Golax does not automatically renew or charge your payment method again for the same listing visibility purchase.

Where applicable under Indian tax law, Golax may issue GST invoices for listing fees. If you require an invoice or GST billing details, contact support@golax.in with your order ID, registered business name (if any), and billing address.
