Payments and Third-Party Processors
Golax allows users to pay a one-time fee to publish and keep business or service listings publicly visible on the platform (including in search, maps, and public profile views).
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. Golax does not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details. Payment credentials are collected and processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI-DSS requirements where applicable.
Data shared with Razorpay may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order amount
- Transaction and order IDs
We use payment-related data to:
- Complete your listing visibility purchase
- Provide payment and listing support
- Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
- Maintain financial and transaction records as required by law

Retention of Payment Records
Golax retains payment and transaction records for up to 7 years after the transaction date, or for such longer period as required under applicable Indian tax, accounting, and legal compliance obligations.

Suggestion

Data Breach Policy
If a data security breach occurs due to a technical or external reason, GOLAX will notify affected users within 24 hours and:

- will review the affected account
- and take steps to prevent such incidents in the future

Jurisdiction
If any dispute arises, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Patna, Bihar (India).

Acceptance
Continued use of the App after the Policy has been amended will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
