The Golax App is a digital platform developed and operated by GOLAX India Private Limited. The app aims to connect citizens, businesses, students, freelancers, and organizations across India on a single digital platform—to provide simple and secure access to information, opportunities, and services for all segments of society. 🇮🇳

By using this App, the User acknowledges that:
- He has carefully read and understood this "Terms & Conditions of Service" and "Privacy Policy".
- He agrees to abide by all these terms, conditions and policies.
- If a user does not agree to these terms, he/she will not have the right to use the app.
All features, services, and information provided on the Golax App are subject to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be posted on the App or Website.

Golax App is a digital platform developed, owned and managed by GOLAX India Private Limited.
The company is a private limited entity registered in India, recognized as a Recognized Startup by DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade), Government of India.
Purpose of GOLAX
To provide integrated digital solutions to citizens, small businesses, students, farmers and professionals in India – making technology accessible to everyone in a simple, local and secure way.
The company works on the principle of "Made in Bharat, Made for Everyone" and provides all services as per Indian laws and regulations.
Rights Reserved
All rights reserved for the Golax App are reserved by GOLAX India Private Limited. Copying, publishing, or reusing any part of the app, name, logo, design, or content without permission is prohibited.
User Eligibility
The Golax App may only be used by individuals, businesses and organizations that are eligible to comply with these Terms and operate lawfully under applicable laws.
Age Limit
This app is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. If a user is under 18, they must use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Legal Eligibility
Users must possess valid identification (such as an Aadhaar card, mobile number, or other ID) under the laws of India. Misusing another person's identity or information or creating a false account in the name of an entity is a criminal offense.
Business & Organizational Use
If a user uses this app as a representative of a business, institution, NGO or organization, it will be deemed that he/she has the valid permission (Authorized Consent) of that organization.
Improper Usage
Individuals who use the App fraudulently, under false identities, or for any other improper purpose may have their account suspended or deleted without prior notice.
Account Creation & Login
Account Registration
To access the services on the Golax App, the User must first create an account. During the registration process, the User must provide their correct name, mobile number, email address, and other required information. In the event of providing incorrect or false information, the Company reserves the right to delete or suspend the account.
OTP / Verification Process
To ensure security and legitimacy, account verification on the Golax App is performed using an OTP (One-Time Password) or email verification system. This process is necessary to confirm the user's identity.
Login Security
Users are responsible for the security of their mobile number, email address, or other login details. GOLAX will never ask users to share their passcode or OTP. Any misuse of their account by a third party will be the user's responsibility, unless the company determines that the misuse was due to a technical error.
Single Account Policy
Each user is permitted to have only one personal account. Creating a second account using someone else's information is prohibited.
Account Update & Deletion
Users can update their account information at any time or have their account permanently deleted by sending a request to privacy@golax.in. Once deleted, the associated data will be erased from the Company's servers within a limited period of time.
Company Rights
GOLAX reserves the right to review any account, monitor its activity, or suspend it in the event of a violation of the Terms.
Use of Services

These services may only be used for legitimate, transparent and responsible purposes.
Usage Conditions
The User must ensure that they are not using the App for any inappropriate or illegal activity. Misusing any of the App's features, including data scraping, or using automated tools (bots) is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to change the format, functionality, or availability of the Services at any time.
Service Availability
Golax App strives to provide uninterrupted services, but services may be temporarily interrupted due to technical reasons, server maintenance, or network problems. The Company will not be responsible for such incidents.
Content & Communication
The content (such as messages, images, posts, etc.) shared by the User on the App is their sole responsibility. GOLAX reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content if such Content violates Company policies or the law.
Business Use
If the App is being used as part of a business or organization, the User must ensure that they have valid Business Authorization. The Company will not be responsible for any business disputes or customer transactions.
Service Suspension
Golax App reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any service in the event of any technical error, violation of rules, or legal order.
User Responsibility
Responsibility for Own Actions
Each User is solely responsible for any content they post, message, comment, transaction, or share on the App. Golax App or its company is not responsible for any individual user's actions or decisions.
Misleading or Inappropriate Content
If a user shares false, offensive, illegal, or misleading content—that user is solely responsible for it. In such cases, GOLAX reserves the right to immediately remove such content or suspend that user's account.
Interaction with Other Users
All users are required to treat each other with respect. Abuse, threats, fraud, or misinformation of any kind is strictly prohibited. If any user's actions cause harm to another person, that user is solely responsible, not GOLAX.
Violation of Third-Party Rights
No user may share confidential information, copyrighted material, or personal data of any third person, institution, or organization without permission. Any such user will be legally responsible for such actions.
Improper or Illegal Use
If a user uses the app for the following purposes—fraud, creating fake profiles or false identities, sharing harmful software or links, spreading religious, ethnic, or political discord—their account will be immediately terminated and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Promotions & Ads
If any user promotes its product, service or website without permission, the company has the right to remove that content and block the account.
Company Non-Liability
Under no circumstances will the Golax App be legally liable for any User's misconduct, disputes, or damages. All Users are solely responsible for their own actions on the App.
Prohibited Activities
The Golax App must be used within a responsible, respectful, and safe digital environment. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Misleading or False Information
Sharing false or unverified information about a person, organization, government, or community. Spreading rumors, making false claims, or spreading false propaganda.
Offensive or Inappropriate Content
Profanity, hate speech, or comments against any religion, caste, gender, or community. Posting obscene, violent, or socially inappropriate content. Sharing any kind of hate speech.
Privacy Violation
Sharing someone else's personal information (such as mobile number, photo, address, etc.) without permission. Making someone's private chats, messages, or documents public.
Illegal Activities
Fraud, forgery, blackmail, or illegal transactions. Engaging in any form of cybercrime, hacking, or data theft. Promoting misleading propaganda against government or legal entities.
Spam & Unsolicited Promotion
Promoting a product, website, or service without permission. Sending the same message repeatedly (spamming). Sending unsolicited advertisements or links to other users.
Technical Interference
Interfering with, introducing viruses, or otherwise damaging the App or servers. Exploiting a technical vulnerability or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
Hate, Violence, Discrimination
Posting content that promotes hatred or discrimination against any religion, language, region, or caste. Threats or incites violence against any individual or group.
Fake Identity & Fraud
Creating a fake account in the name of another person or organization. Registering with a false identity or fake documents.
Misuse of App or Data
Misusing any feature of the App to cause personal or business harm. Attempting any form of data scraping, extraction, or reselling.
Consequences
If a User is found to be engaging in any of the above prohibited activities, GOLAX reserves the right to: immediately suspend or terminate the User's account, remove related content, and initiate legal action if necessary.
Company Liability & Limitation
The Golax App is merely a digital platform that provides a means to connect users, businesses, freelancers, and institutions. This app does not own or control any information, posts, content, or transactions shared by any user.
Data Protection & Privacy
Golax App considers the privacy and security of all its users' information a top priority. The company ensures that every user's data is kept secure, encrypted, and used only for legitimate purposes.
Listing Fees and Visibility
Business and service listings on Golax may begin in a trial or unpaid state, as shown in the app when you create or manage your listing.
A one-time fee is required for ongoing public visibility of eligible business and service listings — including appearance in search, maps, and public profile views — after any applicable free trial period ends.
- Listing fees are not subscriptions. Golax does not automatically renew or charge your payment method again for the same listing visibility purchase.
- Prices may change over time. Listings already paid for are honored according to the policy and terms displayed at the time of payment.
- Golax may hide or remove listings for non-payment, policy violation, abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- All listing fee payments are subject to our Refund Policy and Listing Payment Terms.
Fees & Payments
Many core features of the Golax App remain free. Where a one-time listing visibility fee applies, the price shown in the app before checkout is final unless a clearly stated promotional offer is displayed at that time.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment is successful only after Golax verifies it on our servers. For full payment and checkout rules, see our Listing Payment Terms.
Account Suspension & Termination
Golax App has the full right to suspend any user's account temporarily or permanently without prior notice if the user violates the App's policies, rules or laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Golax App, its name, logo, design, color scheme, user interface (UI/UX), website content, application code, graphics, and all visual and textual content are the exclusive property of GOLAX India Private Limited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Golax App uses third-party services, tools, and APIs for some of its features and functionality. These may include Google Maps API, Firebase / Google Cloud, Razorpay / PayU, YouTube / External Media Players, etc.
Technical Errors & Service Interruptions
The Golax App is a digital platform that is constantly being improved and updated. Occasionally, some features of the app may be temporarily affected due to server issues, internet connection issues, or external API services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Golax App and all its operations are governed by the current laws of India. The company is fully compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or complaint shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar (India). Courts of any other city, state, or country in India shall not have jurisdiction over the matter.
Right to Modify
GOLAX India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time. The Company will notify you of any changes via the App, Website, or email. User's continued use of the App after the revised Terms & Conditions become effective will constitute acceptance of those new Terms & Conditions.
