Golax Refund Policy

What You Are Paying For
Golax charges a one-time fee to publish and keep your business or service listing publicly visible on Golax — including in search results, on maps, and on your public profile page.
This is not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal. You pay once for listing visibility as described at the time of checkout.

Free Trial
New business and service listings may include a free trial period, as shown in the Golax app when you create or manage your listing.
During the trial, your listing may be publicly visible. If you do not pay the one-time listing fee before the trial ends, Golax may hide your listing from public search, maps, and discovery features until payment is completed.
When Refunds Are Granted
We may approve a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same listing order
- Failed activation — payment was successfully completed but your listing visibility was not activated due to a technical error on Golax's side
- Technical error — a confirmed Golax system error caused an incorrect charge or prevented the paid feature from working as advertised
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. We may request your order ID, listing name, payment date, and screenshots or other supporting information.
When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You chose to pay voluntarily after reviewing the price and listing terms in the app
- Your listing was successfully activated and publicly visible after payment
- Change of mind after activation, including deciding you no longer want the listing to be public
- Your listing was hidden or removed because of non-payment, policy violation, abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by incorrect information you provided (e.g. wrong listing details or contact information)
- Abandoned or failed payments that were never successfully completed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@golax.in with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- Your Golax account email or phone number
- Order ID or Razorpay payment / transaction ID
- Listing name (business or service name)
- Date of payment
- Brief reason for the refund request

Refund Timeline
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
- Depending on Razorpay and your bank or UPI provider, credited funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account
